Clothes Pony and Dandelion Toys is a large, rambling, eclectic store in Historic Old Town Fort Collins with a second location opened in 2016 in Downtown Boulder, just off of vibrant Pearl Street. We carry children’s clothing, shoes, books, toys, baby gifts, infant carriers, cloth diapers, and lots more. For women we have maternity clothing, diaper bags, shoes and accessories. We love color and pattern and nature and singing really loud! We love kids – sassy, ferocious, fearless, wondering, wild, stinky, shy, brilliant, brash, loud, funny, cuddly, stumbling and sweet.

Mozart’s clever opera buffa follows the lives of two sets of lovers whose fidelity is put to the test in a comedy of errors. Lines are hilariously blurred as deceit and desire cause characters to lose sight of what is reality and make believe.
Ekaterina Kotcherguina and Dianela Acosta play the sisters, Szilvia Schranz is Despina, Michael Hoffman sings Ferrando, Joshua Devane is Guglielmo and Joshua South plays the scheming Don Alfonso.
Sung in Italian with English subtitles, featuring an ensemble orchestra led by Maestra Sara Parkinson and direction by Ron Ben-Joseph.

Growing Up Boulder is a “child- and youth-friendly city initiative” that is a program of the University of Colorado Boulder’s Community Design and Engagement Center (CEDaR). It began in the spring of 2009 as a partnership between the University of Colorado, the City of Boulder, the Boulder Valley School District, former State Senator Dorothy Rupert, local non-profits and businesses, and children and youth from ages 0-18. Child- and youth-friendly cities are locales in which children’s rights are reflected in local policies, laws, programs and budgets. These cities work to realize children’s rights as outlined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Our vision is to make Boulder an exemplary child- and youth-friendly city. We accomplish this through many diverse partnerships and supporters.
