Thriving Through the Holidays

Join Moxie Moms and Dr. Julia Roncoroni for a discussion on successful tips to manage stress and thrive, instead of survive, as a busy mom these holidays. As much as the holiday season can be a fun time of the year, many busy moms tend to feel burned out. In this workshop, you will learn practical skills and grounding practices to (a) feel less stressed and isolated, (b) confidently stay present and open, (c) feel more love and support.

Dr. Julia Roncoroni is an Associate Professor in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver and a licensed psychologist in private practice where she offers a radical healing space for women to address concerns related to pregnancy, pregnancy termination, postpartum, and parenting, in English and Spanish.
